Wildflower Healing Circle may also use Doxy Scribe, an AI transcription tool built into the Doxy.me telehealth platform, to assist with documentation. When Scribe is active during your session, it may securely process audio to create written transcripts or generate session notes. All data processed by Scribe remains within Doxy.me’s HIPAA-compliant system. No audio or transcripts are stored on personal devices, and only the relevant portions of the generated notes are retained as part of your session record.

Despite strong protections, no online method is completely free of risk. By using online services, you acknowledge that there is a small possibility of accidental disclosure due to technology limitations.
